WHAT IS THE MEDICARE ANNUAL WELLNESS VISIT ?
It is an annual preventative visit with two parts:
- A patient centered assessment which includes an HRA
- A personalized patient report … and much more
It does NOT replace:
- The Welcome to Medicare IPPE Visit
- A physical exam (Medicare does not provide coverage for routine physical exams)
